Based in Penrith, Cumbria, Matt brings 13 years of professional experience helping men improve their health, strength, and confidence. He holds advanced qualifications in Obesity, Diabetes, and Weight Management, giving him the knowledge to guide clients safely and effectively.
Matt’s passion comes from personal experienceafter years of struggling with his own weight, he discovered his calling in helping men over 100kgs overcome similar challenges. This journey gives him unique empathy and insight into the obstacles his clients face.

The whole group environment is great with everyone giving each other praise for progress which spurs you on even more. I completed the 7-day and decided to go on to the 28-day challenge with achievable targets agreed with Matt.

My fitness and health is not the best but Matt took the time and patience to personally create a schedule I can follow. 148kg down to 127kg in less than two months . What can I say apart from this is amazing and 110% worth while everyone. I am already 4KG’s down with Matt’s support, it’s early days yet as still a lot more weight to drop but I feel confident that this is the right place and environment to do just that 💪🏾💪🏾👍👍 He is such a nice guy and will help guide you in the right direction even if you get stuck. The guys in the group are also good guys and like minded who just want to lose weight and better themselves. Really really good programme. Matty helped me with creating easy to keep habits moving forward. Matty gives friendly nudges to keep you focused and motivated whilst also allowing a cheat meal or 2 a week within the course. I’ve lost 10kg on the 12 week programme and feeling absolutely great 😆🕺 I have subscribed for a further 12 weeks to help with maybe losing a few more kg and maintaining the losses. Highly recommended!
As a keen runner, I was looking for a program to help me improve as I was fed up being a 'back of the pack' runner. Matt's tailored program has been brilliant and has contributed towards me smashing PBs at 5k, 10k and half marathon distance along with completing my first ultra marathon. I've also managed to drop over 10kg since starting the program. The support and accountability has been great aswell with the daily/weekly check ins with Matt, along with the support of the other like minded lads in the group.
